Remote and off-road jobs

We take electrical work all over Alaska, including sites you can't drive to. Cabins, lodges, and job sites off the road system.

Who comes out

Our crews go out from our Anchorage and Palmer offices to jobs all over the state, on the road system and off it.

Tell us where the job is, how you get there, and what it needs, and we'll plan the trip and the work from there.

How remote jobs work

Every remote job is different, so it starts with a conversation: where the site is, how you get there, and what it needs.

We work out the scope with you, often from photos and a video call, and plan the material and the trip before anyone heads out. You get the price, travel included, before work starts.

Before we go

Power on site

Tell us what's there now: power from a local utility, a generator, batteries and an inverter, solar, or nothing yet.

We install and repair generators of all makes, and we'll plan the wiring around whatever power the site has.

What we need from you

The more we know up front, the better the plan. Send us:

  • Where the site is, and the nearest town or airstrip
  • How you get there in the season you want the work done
  • What's there now for power, and what you want to run
  • Photos or a video walk-through
  • Whether there's a place for the crew to stay

Common questions

How do you price a remote job?

Same as in town: we work out the scope, then give you the price before work starts. We go over travel, freight, and lodging with you up front. Estimates are free, and a video call with photos is often enough to get started.

Can you work where there's no grid power?

Yes. Tell us what you have for power, or what you want to run, and we'll plan the wiring and the generator around it.

How do I get started?

Call 907-561-7776 or send a request with the location and what you need. We reach out within one business day.
