Working with us
- Are you licensed, bonded, and insured?
- Yes. We're licensed, bonded, insured, and Alaska state certified.
- What are your rates?
- It depends on the job. You get the full price before any work starts, so there's no surprise at the end.

- We have electricians in Anchorage and the Mat-Su Valley, with offices on 2903 Tanglewood Drive in Anchorage and 6841 Weswood Drive in Palmer.
- Do you work outside Anchorage and the Valley?
- Yes. We take remote and off-road jobs all over Alaska. Call and tell us where the job is.
- Do you give estimates?
- Yes, on homes and businesses. We can come out in person or walk through it with you on a video call.
- Do you guarantee your work?
- Yes. If you're not 100% happy with the work, we'll come back at no cost to you.
- Do you offer financing?
- Yes, through our financing partner, Hearth. Checking your rate takes about a minute and doesn't affect your credit score.
- Can I buy material from you for my own project?
- We supply the material for work we install, but we don't do retail sales.
- Are you hiring?
- We're always looking for qualified electricians. Give us a call, or email your resume to info@supremeelectricak.com.
Scheduling and emergencies
- Do you offer same-day service?
- For emergencies, yes: someone answers any hour and we send an electrician out. Other work gets scheduled, and we'll give you the first opening we have.
- What counts as an emergency?
- A burning smell, smoke, sparks, a hot or buzzing panel, a breaker that trips the moment you reset it, water in electrical, or power out to part of the building when the neighbors have it. If you see smoke or flames, get out and call 911 first.
- Which number do I call for an emergency?
- (907) 561-7776, the Anchorage line. It's answered 24/7, wherever you are. The Mat-Su office line, (907) 357-7776, is for scheduling and estimates in the Valley.
- How long does troubleshooting take?
- Most of the time we can find the problem within the first hour.
- Can you talk me through a repair over the phone?
- No, we can't give repair instructions over the phone. If you'd like help finding the problem, give us a call and we'll troubleshoot it for you.
- How soon will I hear back on a request?
- We reach out within one business day. For an emergency, call instead of sending a request.
Services
- Do you install ceiling fans?
- Yes, new fans and replacements.
- How do I know if I need a panel upgrade?
- Breakers that trip often, a full panel, an old fuse box, or adding something big like an EV charger, hot tub, or heat pump. We add up what your house uses and tell you whether it needs one.
- Do you install whole-home generators?
- Yes, and we repair and maintain all makes and models. Give us a call at (907) 561-7776 and we'll talk through what you need running in an outage.
- Can you hook up a portable generator to my house?
- Yes, with an inlet box outside and a transfer switch or interlock at the panel. Never plug a generator into a wall outlet; it can send power back down the line.
- Do you install EV chargers?
- Yes. We're Tesla certified and a Qmerit Certified Solutions Partner, and we work with all the major charger brands.
- Do you install security cameras and alarms?
- Yes, for homes and businesses: cameras, alarms, video doorbells, security lighting, and smart devices. We also fix systems someone else installed.
- Do you offer alarm monitoring?
- No. We install and fix the equipment. Monitoring is a separate service from a monitoring company.
- Do you do commercial work?
- Yes: design-build, new construction, tenant improvements, remodels, lighting, and maintenance.
More detail lives on each service page: residential, generators, EV chargers, smart home and security, and commercial.
