Our process

How a job works

Six steps from your first call to the final bill, and what to expect at each one.

Step by step

Homes or businesses, it works the same way. You hear what we found and what it costs before we start.

Request service
  1. You call us

Tell us what's going on. We'll figure out what you need and how to fix it.

    You
Describe what you're seeing, when it started, and anything you've already tried.
    We
Ask a few questions, sort out whether it's urgent, and figure out the right electrician for it.
  2. Free consultation and upfront pricing

You get the full price before we start, so there's no surprise at the end of the job.

    You
Walk us through it in person, or show us on a video call.
    We
Give you the bottom-line price and what it covers.
  3. We get you on the schedule

As soon as we can fit you in. If it's an emergency, we come right away.

    You
Pick a time that works, and let us know about gate codes, pets, or where to park.
    We
Book the first opening we have and confirm it with you.
  4. We send an electrician

Our electricians show up in uniform, work clean, and don't waste your time.

    You
Point us to the problem and the panel.
    We
Keep the work area clean, explain what we found, and check with you before anything changes from the plan.
  5. We finish the job

If you're not 100% happy with the work, we come back at no extra cost.

    You
Look it over with the electrician before they leave.
    We
Test the work, clean up, and show you what was done.
  6. The office handles the rest

Questions, follow-up, and the bill. Call the office and someone helps.

    You
Call or email with anything that comes up later.
    We
Handle the bill, paperwork, and any follow-up, and take payment over the phone if that's easier.

Emergencies skip ahead

A burning smell, sparks, a panel that's hot or buzzing, or power out to part of the house when the neighbors have it. Call the Anchorage line any hour and we send someone out. Steps one through three happen on the phone, fast.

24/7 emergency line(907) 561-7776

Before you call

None of this is required, but it helps us send the right person with the right parts.

  • What's happening, and where in the building
  • When it started, and whether anything changed around then
  • Whether it's a home or a business
  • The address, and the best number to reach you
  • Photos, if you can take them safely: the problem, the panel, the label

Estimates in person

We come look, measure, and check the panel. Best for bigger jobs and anything we need to open up.

Estimates by video

Show us on your phone. Good for a fixture, a charger, or a quick look at the panel, and it saves you a visit.

Paying for bigger jobs

Panel upgrades, generators, and rewiring can be paid monthly. How financing works.
